The Makita DLX2460T3J Brushless Twin Pack, contains the following:

1 x 18V DHP487 LXT Combi Drill with a powerful brushless motor and 2 mechanical gears. Variable speed is controlled via a trigger. It has a single sleeve keyless chuck for easy bit installation/removal, with only one hand. There is also an electric brake and an LED job light.

1 x 18V DTD153 Brushless Impact Driver is fitted with an energy efficient brushless motor which uses less energy and provides a longer run time. Speed is controlled via the variable speed trigger and features forward/reverse rotation. Fitted with a one touch sliding chuck for easy bit installation and removal. Its ergonomically designed soft grip handle increases comfort and reduces fatigue.

This helps to extend the overall battery life and accelerate the charging process. It has 3 active charging colours to help identify when the battery is charged, and to what level.
