Our Black featheredge is North European Whitewood and kiln dried to 18% prior to being painted Black, this is then double coated to ensure a uniform Black covering on all faces.
Tikkurila Ultra Pro paint is high quality, enviromentally friendly, offers extremely low water absorbtion and includes biocides for effective protection of wood.
The paint manufacturer indicates the maintenance free period is up to 10 years.
This product is a great choice when you need to clad a shed, out building or a complete barn.
When working out the coverage you would ideally need to allow a 30mm overlap.
When fixing your boards to the rail, the most popular nail is a 65mm Annular ring shank.
