Before Your Delivery
Please help us deliver your order safely by checking the following before we arrive.
Address and Delivery Instructions
Provide your full delivery address and postcode, along with any gate codes, site entry instructions or details that will help our driver find you.
Vehicle Access
Our delivery vehicles typically require access approximately 3 metres wide and 4 metres high. Please tell us about narrow entrances, low cables, restricted roads or other access issues at least 24 hours before delivery.
Unloading Area
Make sure there is a clear, safe space for unloading. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only and require hard, level ground suitable for a pallet truck. Pallets cannot be moved across gravel, grass, soft ground or steep slopes.
Receiving Your Order
Ideally, someone should be available to receive your delivery. If you will be out, please contact us beforehand to agree a suitable safe place for your goods.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a particular delivery day?
Our own fleet delivers Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. If you need a particular day, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability and our delivery routes. We will confirm your delivery date once your order has been scheduled.
Can you leave my order if I’m not at home?
If you cannot be there, please contact us before delivery to agree a safe, accessible place for your order. Some parcel deliveries may require a signature, depending on the courier service used.
Can I change my delivery address or order details?
Please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been scheduled or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
What happens if delivery cannot be completed?
If access is restricted, unloading is unsafe or there is no agreed safe place to leave your goods, we may need to rearrange delivery. An additional delivery charge may apply. Please let us know about any potential issues in advance so we can help avoid delays.
