Types of Plywood and OSB Sheets
Standard Plywood – A general-purpose timber sheet suitable for flooring, wall sheathing, and furniture use. Our 18mm Structural Class 2 PINEX board is a popular choice for strength and consistency.
Hardwood Plywood – High-density panels available in 5.5mm, 9mm, and 12mm thicknesses, perfect for applications where a smooth finish and additional strength are required.
Sterling Board (OSB3) – A moisture-resistant oriented strand board ideal for roofing, sub-flooring, and sheathing. Manufactured to structural class OSB3 for use in humid or external environments when properly protected.

How Do You Use Plywood and OSB Sheets?
Both Plywood and OSB can be cut to size using a circular saw or jigsaw and fixed with wood screws or nails depending on the project. When used externally, edges should be sealed and coated with exterior-grade paint or varnish to prevent moisture damage.
For roofing and flooring applications, ensure sheets are fitted flush and supported on joists or beams at regular centres for maximum strength. When working on outdoor structures, pair with C24 Timber for a reliable, long-lasting frame.
