A: Small parcels are dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, so you can expect delivery in 2–4 working days. Truck deliveries are usually within 0–7 working days depending on your location, needs and delivery zone.

A: Yes — small parcels are delivered across the UK. Our truck delivery service covers East Anglia and surrounding areas, with nationwide truck delivery available on request (price on application).
Q: What items count as small parcel delivery?
A: Tools, fixings, brackets, and other lighter items typically ship by Royal Mail. Items such as fence panels, posts, sleepers, sheds, and garden buildings require our truck delivery service.
Q: How will I know when my order is on its way?
A: For small parcels, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your order leaves our yard. For truck deliveries, our team will contact you to confirm a delivery day in advance.
Q: What if I need to change my order or delivery date?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to make any changes. For truck deliveries, please let us know at least 24 hours before delivery if there are any access issues.
Q: Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
A: Yes — orders can be collected from our yard in Stowmarket, Suffolk (IP14 2ED). Please select the option at checkout and wait for your collection confirmation before arriving.
