2.4m DuraPost Classic Fence Post – Anthracite Grey

This 2.4m DuraPost Classic Fence Post – Anthracite Grey is built from cold-rolled galvanised steel with an Anthracite Grey powder-coated finish. The 48mm deep H-style channel securely carries fence panels and cant rails for closeboard fencing. Installed with a 600mm burial depth, it supports a maximum finished fence height of up to 1.8m, ideal for most garden privacy and boundary fences.

The Classic profile allows straightforward fixing of timber rails for closeboard, picket or hit-and-miss styles and integrates with DuraPost composite fencing and traditional wooden panels. With 1.5mm steel folded to approximately 3mm at the front, the post combines strength with reduced weight compared to concrete.

Tested to withstand wind speeds up to 110mph according to BS EN 12839:2012 and BS EN 1794, and guaranteed for up to 25 years, this Anthracite Grey DuraPost Classic provides a robust, low-maintenance and contemporary support system for residential and commercial fencing.
