2.7m DuraPost Classic Fence Post – Sepia Brown

This 2.7m DuraPost Classic Fence Post – Sepia Brown is made from cold-rolled galvanised steel and finished with a Sepia Brown powder coat over the galvanised base. Its 48mm deep H-channel is designed to securely hold panels and cant rails in closeboard fencing. With a 600mm burial depth, it supports a maximum finished fence height of up to 2.1m, making it suitable for taller privacy fences, raised boundaries or more exposed locations.

The Classic H-style post makes it easy to fix timber rails for closeboard, picket or hit-and-miss fences and works seamlessly with DuraPost composite boards and traditional timber panels. The steel section is 1.5mm thick, folded to approximately 3mm at the front to provide extra strength where impact and wind loading are greatest.

The post is guaranteed for up to 25 years and has been wind tested to 110mph, in accordance with BS EN 12839:2012 and BS EN 1794, giving long-term confidence in demanding weather conditions. The Sepia Brown finish offers a softer, more natural aesthetic that pairs well with most timber fence boards.
