For Homeowners (Customers)
When you purchase any qualifying shed from Clarke Fencing through a trade installer on our approved list, you’ll receive a £50 in-store credit voucher. This voucher can be used on any other in-store products (excluding sheds) and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Whether you’re after fencing accessories, tools, or landscaping products, your bonus credit helps you do more with your project.

For Trade Installers
If you’re a listed Clarke Fencing shed referrer, you’ll receive 5% account credit on the total value of any qualifying shed you help sell. There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make—and it’s a great way to add value to your service while earning passive rewards.
To qualify:

Shed Referral Promotion – Full Terms & Conditions
These Shed Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions are issued by Clarke Fencing Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and apply to qualifying shed purchases made either in-store or online at www.clarkefencing.co.uk.
1. Overview
The Shed Referral Promotion is designed to reward trade installers for referring customers to purchase sheds from Clarke Fencing Ltd, and to incentivise customers with a retail bonus. These terms apply to all participants and are agreed upon at point of purchase.
2. Eligibility
- Customers: Any retail customer may participate in this promotion. There are no location restrictions.
- Sheds: All shed models are included except any listed under the “Shedlands” range or other excluded linesas determined by Clarke Fencing Ltd.
- Clarke Fencing Ltd reserves the right to determine what constitutes a “shed”. For the purposes of thispromotion, a shed is any wooden garden building with windows and/or doors.
3. Installer Referral Requirements
- Only trade installers who are pre-approved and listed on the Clarke Fencing Shed Referrer List are eligibleto participate.
- A trade installer cannot refer themselves for a shed purchase at their own property.
- There is no cap or time limit on the number of customer referrals a trade installer can make
- Referrals must be submitted via an official Clarke Fencing Shed Referral Slip, which must be completed and handed in by the customer at the time of shed purchase.
4. Customer Incentive: £50 In-Store Credit Coupon
- Customers referred via an approved trade installer will receive a £50 in-store credit coupon upon completion of a qualifying shed purchase.
- The coupon is issued physically at point of purchase.
- The Coupon is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
- Can be redeemed against any in-store product except sheds or any products within the Shedlands range.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other product discounts or account-level discounts.
- Can be stacked if multiple sheds are purchased.
- Is non-transferrable and one-time use per issue.
- May only be redeemed by the original purchaser of the shed and cannot be gifted or reassigned to friendsor family.
- All coupons are uniquely numbered and tracked to prevent duplication or misuse.
5. Installer Commission: 5% Credit
- Trade installers will receive 5% of the qualifying shed value as account credit.
- This commission is processed within 14 days of the sale or at the end of the calendar month, whichever islonger.
- Commissions are issued as credit on the trade installer’s account.
- If a shed is cancelled or returned post-purchase, the associated credit and issued coupon will be cancelled and voided.
6. Abuse and System Gaming
- Clarke Fencing Ltd acknowledges that referrals between acquaintances or family members are valid, provided all other terms are followed.
- As long as the referral leads to a qualifying shed sale that would not have otherwise occurred, it is considered legitimate.
7. Fraud Prevention
- Each issued coupon is uniquely numbered and linked to a specific transaction in Clarke Fencing Ltd’s POS and accounting software.
- Referrals and associated commissions are only honoured if the referral slip and transaction data match and are verifiable.
8. General Conditions
- Clarke Fencing Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
- Any misuse or failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the promotion.
- Decisions made by Clarke Fencing Ltd regarding eligibility and reward validation are final.
9. Data Use
– Customer and installer information submitted via referral slips or linked sales transactions will be stored and processed securely, solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and issuing rewards in accordance with UK GDPR.
10. Liability Disclaimer
– Clarke Fencing Ltd is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising between customers and referring trade installers. All shed sales remain subject to Clarke Fencing’s standard sales terms and conditions, including those related to delivery, warranties, and returns.
11. Consumer Rights
- This promotion does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any otherapplicable consumer protection legislation.
- Standard terms regarding product quality, suitability, and your right to cancel or return items as set out inClarke Fencing Ltd’s sales policy still apply to all shed purchases made under this promotion.

A: No. Each referral must be on an original slip completed for a specific customer at the time of their order.
