3.6m x 75mm x 47mm Cant Rail – Pressure Treated Green
This 3.6m green cant rail is the longest standard size available, ideal for wide spans or when you want to position posts at closer centres for extra strength. It’s pressure treated to UC4 standards for long-term durability in outdoor environments, including ground contact. Made using the (2EX) method, each rail is cut from 125mm x 47mm timber and finishes at approximately 75mm x 47mm with a chamfered top edge for effective rainwater runoff.
For a professional and uniform installation, cant rails are mounted so that two rails meet at the centre of each post. This ensures strength, symmetry, and a seamless look across the full fence line.
Fixings can include 100mm galvanised nails into wooden posts, or timber screws and cup square bolts when installing with concrete systems.
